THE BENEFITS OF AVOCADO OIL FOR THE SKIN
Avocado oil is a vegetable oil that is extremely rich in essential fatty acids that nourish skin cells. Therefore, it is excellent as a daily moisturizer by providing softness, luminosity and elasticity to the skin. If you think that a vegetable oil leaves a greasy and shiny skin, think again: avocado oil is one of the vegetable oils most quickly absorbed by the skin. Thanks to all the nutrients it contains, it helps strengthen the skin barrier and limit the effects of free radicals on the skin.

This is why avocado oil is often recommended as an anti-aging treatment for mature skin thanks to its antioxidant and regenerating properties. But its softness also makes it an ally for dry and sensitive skin as well as to relieve certain skin conditions (acne, eczema, dermatitis …).

To use avocado vegetable oil as a moisturizing oil for the face and body, simply apply it alone or in combination with other vegetable oils such as argan oil for example. You can then enjoy the virtues of each of them.

THE BENEFITS OF AVOCADO OIL FOR HAIR

Thanks to the vitamin E it contains, avocado oil is a powerful natural antioxidant that protects and fortifies the hair effectively. To use as a moisturizing hair care, simply apply the oil on dry hair and all of your hair (tips to the roots). It may be interesting to mix it with another more fluid vegetable oil, like castor oil to grow hair.

Then wrap your hair in a damp, warm towel and leave to act for at least 1 hour before rinsing. For optimal efficiency, the ideal is to let the avocado oil all night on your hair. Rinse and admire the result: your hair is hydrated, your hair is supple and shiny!
