What is grapeseed oil?
Whether kitchen side as in the bathroom, grape seed oil is all good! Extracted (as its name suggests) by cold pressing grape seeds, it is rich in essential fatty acids, including omega 6 and 9. Its high content of polyphenols, and therefore vitamin E, makes it a moisturizing oil and protective for the skin, in addition to its antioxidant properties.
To fight against aging skin, nourish dry skin or moisturize oily skin, you can think of grape seed oil and its regenerative action. It is also useful in the repair of dry and damaged hair. Particularly light, grape seed oil easily penetrates the skin.
Benefits of Grape Seed Oil for the Skin
Pure or in combination with other vegetable oils, grape seed oil is the friend of mature, oily or damaged skin. Its antioxidant properties prevent cell aging and reduce wrinkles already installed. Desincrustante, grape seed oil is also perfect in body scrub, associated for example with olive kernel powder (50 ml of oil for a teaspoon of powder). Your skin will thus regain softness, suppleness and elasticity. Nothing prevents you, by the way, to pour a tablespoon into your bath.
Benefits of Grape Seed Oil for Hair
Its strong penetration into the hair fiber makes it a perfect oil for curly hair, kinky and afros, which it will nourish deeply. But you can also enjoy the moisturizing properties of grape seed oil used in oil bath or hair mask recipes if you have fine, dry or damaged hair. A daily application (a few drops) will allow them to quickly find their beauty and health.
